Tribe Management Tool

This tool was prepared by Mike Metzger as a way to track individual payments to events as well as patches and additional program needs in one place.  After downloading the tool be sure to rename it to your tribe name and simply use sheet two to enter members information along with their payments to the tribe wampum account.  The tool then places this info onto the first sheet which can  be used to track the individuals participation in nation events.  Mike has also provided a couple of lines as examples to follow.  You will need to assure that the event columns are adjusted for the current year's events and pricing. As tribe members attend events you can track what patches they have due as well as keep a running tab on their account totals.

Do not be overwhelmed when you open this, it is incredibly simple to use however be careful not to delete the formatting.  Though if you do you can return here and download it again.

If you get stuck just give me a call and I will help to remove the glue holding you back.

Click here to download the tool in Excel format
